He has extensive experience in providing life & disability Insurance, employee benefits, critical illness insurance, group retirement and executive insurance solutions. Over those 18 years, he has learned to combine his creative abilities with his technical knowledge, bringing forth excellent business solutions for both individual and group needs.
Cliff excels at providing the ultimate experience for unique business models, revenue strategies, pricing, and other opportunities. Taking pride in trying to go above and beyond what is expected is - and continues to be - the main focus in his career.
Being an active father of two, most of Cliff's free-time is spent at the hockey arena, dance academy, or soccer fields. When he has a moment to himself, he likes to unwind by trying to best his time doing the Grouse Grind; but his son still manages to always beat him!
After 10 years in the Real Estate world, Paula Fleming decided to apply her skills and knowledge to the insurance and living benefits industry. Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, Paula has been working with Informa Financial for over nine years, and in that time has established a great working relationship with our clients.
With over 27 years working in customer Service related positions, taking on the role of executive assistant, as well as office manager, was right up her alley. Paula’s focus on teamwork allows our office to function at a higher level of efficiency for our clients, earning us a solid reputation amongst our clients and peers as being dependable and detail oriented.
A veteran of the living benefits industry, Evan Scholnick brings over 20 years of marketing, technical and implementation experience to business owners and corporate executives.
He is committed to providing clients with "best in class" solutions for their personal, business, disability and life insurance needs, bringing a client-focused approach to a vastly under-served marketplace.
His passion and enthusiasm for his field, coupled with his creative outlook, have earned him respect from his my peers and a wide range of loyal and satisfied clients.
Being new to the insurance industry, Frances brings many years of administrative experience with over 10+ years of various customer services roles including hospitality services as well as four years in a Workforce Management Analyst role. She is a creative individual and is naturally computer-savvy. When she is not working at Informa Financial, Frances enjoys the great outdoors that Vancouver has to offer. She is also an avid traveler who loves to experience different cultures and devoted her time and energy recently volunteering in the Philippines doing construction / environmental work in their small villages. Frances is also passionate about various causes, including environment, human rights and animal welfare.
Frances is delighted to join the Informa Financial team and looks forward to assisting individuals with their insurance needs.
Dane has been with the Informa team for over a year, and brings 4 years’ experience in the insurance industry, as well, Dane was a financial planner for over a year. Dane works closely with Cliff in coming up with unique solutions to employee benefits, life insurance and living benefits.
As of 2014, Dane is FPSC Level 1 Certified as a Financial Planner. A designation that includes his securities license, and multiple financial planning courses, as well as having completed a Capstone certified financial planning course.
Dane has a broad educational background, including:
- 2 year intensive diploma in financial planning at BCIT
- degree in Urban Studies and minor in Environmental Sustainability with UBC
- 2 month abroad program in Spain studying Spanish at University of Santiago de Compostela
Dane is an avid traveler. Aside from spending nearly four months in South America, he spent 5 months travelling South-East Asia and Australia. Having met people from all walks of life has exposed Dane to a number of different cultures and to an array of unique scenarios. When Dane manages to carve out some spare time, he likes to play a game of pickup basketball at the courts on Kitsilano Beach and pretend that he is a retired Vancouver Grizzly.
